Some of the leading soul DJs are returning to the Park Inn Hotel in Bedford for a stunning night of Motown and Soul from the 60s & 70s, plus 70s Disco & Funk. The night will also take some time to remember Bedfordshire’s leading music venue from the past; Dunstable's California Ballroom.
The event sees ex-California Ballroom DJ/Black Cat Radio's Paul Gray, along with BBC Radio Northampton’s Paddy Grady plus guest DJs still to be confirmed.
As always all DJs all lined up to play a stunning mix of music – Tamla Motown and Soul from the 60s & 70s, Top DJs, Top music, Top crowd! It is a night not to be missed!
You will be dancing to the like of - The Supremes, Jackie Wilson, The Four Tops, The Temptations, Junior Walker & The All Stars, Otis Redding, Aretha Franklin, Martha and The Vandellas, and many more soul classics from 60s & 70s plus some 70s disco.
The venue has a superb large dancefloor, a massive sound system & its own car park. It should be a stunning night!
Promoter Paddy Grady said "This is going to be a sensational night, one we are all really looking forward to. It is a night of pure nostalgia, for those who remember some of the great old venues from this area. I am sure the memories will come flooding back. Not forgetting it is being held in the luxurious County Ballroom in the Bedford Park Inn Hotel which is perfect for an event such as this"
